Designing brand new content for Wayfair’s “Open Box” offering to help the company sell additional items that would otherwise be liquidated.
Conducting an audit of all error messages on the Wayfair site to better orient, inform and guide Wayfair users.

Designing an end-to-end translating service for non-english speaking mothers.
During their hospital visits, non-english speaking mothers are often left in the dark.
Lumo was designed to bring these mothers out of the dark and give them back their voices.
Role: Acted as UX Researcher & Designer
Designing a safer, more effective alternative to harsh chemical cleaners all while removing people from the cycle of single-use plastic.
